EXPERIENCED EDUCATORS TRAINEE EDUCATORS FOR AGES 2–3 REQUIREMENTS * EXCELLENT COMMAND OF SPOKEN ENGLISH IS A MUST. A confident, competent, and sociable individual with high energy and a calm, composed demeanor. * Experienced educators – Minimum 2–4 years of teaching experience in a play based preschool. (A degree/diploma in Early Childhood Education would be an added advantage) * Trainee educators – No experience or qualification required. * Great communication and instructional skills * Excellent team player * Have a warm, smiling face that makes every child feel special! * Age between 18–40 RESPONSIBILITIES * Guide children in developing their artistic and practical skills through our continuously evolving curriculum. * Ensure the daily care of children by following our high care safety standards. * Employ a variety of educational techniques (e.g., storytelling, educational play, media) to engage children. * Communicate with parents regularly to maintain a good relationship with the families. * Track children’s progress and provide written reports and evaluations to parents. * Collaborate well with other educators and supervisors.
