Confidence & Communication in 4 Months Ages: 6-18 Years 
Duration: 16 Weekly Sessions (2 Hours Each) Many children and teenagers have brilliant ideas but lack the confidence to express them. The Lumos Young Speakers Program is designed to help shy, hesitant and quiet students become more confident communicators in a fun, supportive and engaging environment. Over four months, students gradually overcome stage fear, develop self-confidence and learn how to communicate effectively in school, social situations and future careers. Educational Qualification Bachelor of Science (Honours) Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS). 15+ Years of Coaching Experience Over 15 years of experience coaching students for IELTS examinations, helping students develop their English communication, confidence, presentation, and speaking skills. Extensive experience working with students of different ages, abilities, and learning styles. Strong understanding of how to build confidence and overcome hesitation when speaking in English. 20+ Years of Professional Experience Over 20 years of professional experience at a reputed telecommunications and communications company in Sri Lanka. Extensive experience working in a professional environment that requires effective communication, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Experience interacting with colleagues, customers, professionals, and management at different levels. Public Speaking & Leadership Active member of Toastmasters International, an internationally recognised organisation dedicated to developing communication and leadership skills. Executive Committee (ExCo) Member of a Toastmasters club, with hands-on experience in public speaking, speech preparation, meeting management, leadership, and mentoring. Passionate about helping children and young adults become confident, articulate, and effective communicators.
