I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Sciences, with a specialization in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, one of Sri Lanka’s leading public universities. My academic background provides me with a solid foundation in both theoretical and applied aspects of computing, logic, and technology. I currently work as a Software Engineer in the private sector, where I apply my knowledge of ICT in real-world software development and problem-solving. This hands-on industry experience allows me to bring practical insight and relevance into the subjects I teach, especially ICT. For my Advanced Level (A/L) examinations, I followed the Mathematics stream, offering Combined Mathematics and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) as key subjects. This academic path has given me a strong command of both pure and applied mathematics, along with computing concepts aligned with the national curriculum. I have more than 7 years experience in teaching school students from Grade 6 up to G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L), following the local syllabus. I tailor my lessons to match the student’s current level, school syllabus, and examination goals.
