Little Stars Montessori was established in the Kapuwatte area in Ja-Ela, Sri- Lanka on 4th May 1982. The expansion of our schools into the West Coast of Sri – Lanka from Kapuwatte to Wattala and to Negombo areas speaks of the success of our Montessori. Little Stars Montessori (LSM) is based on the philosophy of Dr. Maria Montessori and provides a happy, peaceful, safe, and home-like environment for children throughout their day at LSM. We are committed to a programme in which your child is respected as an individual and encouraged to develop at his or her own pace, laying the foundation for a love of learning for life. Our teachers are loving, joyful, professional, and dedicated to supporting the development of the children. We have only AMI qualified staff to take care of your children and we strictly follow the AMI teaching method. The medium of instruction in the classroom is English. A second language of your choice (Sinhala / Tamil) will also be taught. --
