I’m a yoga practitioner for 6 years (Hatha yoga, Ashtanga yoga, Bikram yoga, ”PCOD management”, Fertility yoga, yoga for DIABETICS, yoga for thyroid, yoga for toning up and WEIGHT LOSS management, pranayama, vinyasa yoga, kriya yoga, weight loss yoga, animal flows, “FACIAL YOGA ”, ADVANCE pro level yoga asanas and also many workouts etc.,.) I focus on teaching students to break down the problems in smaller parts and solve them. The focus is on teaching them to think about a problem and use first principle to arrive at a solution.
