📖 Al-Quran for Kids and Adult Ladies I offer Quran lessons for children and adult women, focusing on correct recitation (Tajweed), memorization (Hifz), and understanding of basic Islamic teachings. For young learners, I use engaging and age-appropriate methods to make Quran learning enjoyable and meaningful. For adult learners, I provide a comfortable and supportive environment that accommodates different learning levels, whether they are beginners or seeking to improve their recitation and understanding of the Quran. 📖 Basic Arabic for Kids I teach foundational Arabic skills to children, introducing them to the Arabic alphabet, pronunciation, vocabulary, simple conversations, and basic reading and writing skills. My lessons are designed to be interactive and enjoyable through the use of stories, games, visual aids, and practical activities that help children build a strong foundation in Arabic. 📖 Arabic Language for Kids For school-aged children, I provide comprehensive Arabic language instruction covering reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension. My lessons focus on developing effective communication skills while nurturing a genuine interest in the Arabic language and culture. 📖 Arabic Language for O-Level Students I prepare O-Level students for academic success by providing structured lessons aligned with examination requirements. Areas covered include grammar, vocabulary development, reading comprehension, essay writing, translation, and exam techniques. I help students strengthen their language proficiency while building confidence to achieve excellent examination results. 📖 Arabic Language for A-Level Students I offer advanced Arabic language instruction for A-Level students, focusing on higher-level grammar, literature, comprehension, translation, essay writing, critical analysis, and examination preparation. My teaching methods emphasize analytical thinking, language accuracy, and effective communication skills to help students excel academically and prepare for higher education. I am a dedicated and passionate Arabic language educator with more than three years of experience in both online and onsite teaching, providing instruction to individual students as well as group classes. Throughout my teaching career, I have worked with learners of different ages and proficiency levels, helping them develop their Arabic language skills, improve Quran recitation, and achieve their academic goals. My teaching approach focuses on creating an engaging, supportive, and student-centered learning environment that encourages confidence, participation, and continuous progress. Currently, I serve as an Assistant Lecturer at the South Eastern University of Sri Lanka, where I am involved in teaching, academic guidance, and student support. This role has strengthened my skills in lesson planning, classroom management, communication, and mentoring students in their academic development. My educational background reflects a strong commitment to academic excellence. I completed my higher studies at Dharul Hudha Ladies Arabic College, graduating with Distinction, which provided me with a solid foundation in Arabic language, Islamic studies, and related disciplines. Furthermore, I achieved outstanding results in the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination, obtaining 3 A passes and securing District Rank 14, demonstrating my dedication and academic capability. I also successfully completed my Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Degree in Arabic Linguistics and Translation in south Eastern University of Sri Lanka with an GPA of 3.87, earning a Gold Medal for academic excellence. My academic training equipped me with extensive knowledge of Arabic linguistics, translation, communication, literature, and modern language teaching methodologies. In addition, I have completed a Diploma in Psychological Counselling, which has enhanced my ability to understand learners’ emotional, psychological, and developmental needs. This qualification enables me to effectively guide, support, and motivate students while creating a positive and nurturing learning environment. I believe that successful teaching goes beyond delivering knowledge—it involves understanding each learner, building their confidence, and helping them overcome challenges that may affect their academic performance and personal growth. My combination of teaching experience, academic achievements, and counseling expertise allows me to work effectively with children, teenagers, and adult learners. I am committed to helping students achieve excellence in Arabic language learning and Quranic studies while fostering confidence, discipline, and a lifelong love of learning.
